1. Select Your Quantity
Choose your desired quantity and click “Add to Cart.”
2. Upload Your Artwork Files
After adding your item to the cart, a form will appear where you can upload your artwork files. Not ready yet? You can also upload your files after checkout if you need more time.
3. Pre‑Press Review
Our pre‑press team will review your artwork to make sure it is print‑ready before production begins. Print‑ready means your design is finished, sized correctly, high‑quality, and ready to be printed exactly as‑is.
If your file isn’t print‑ready, we’ll reach out and request updated artwork, which may delay production.

Print‑ready means your design is finished, sized correctly, high‑quality, and ready to be printed exactly as‑is. When a file is print‑ready, it meets all technical requirements so production can begin without delays.
A file is print‑ready when it has:
the correct size for the product
0.125" bleed on all sides
300 DPI resolution
CMYK‑friendly colors
embedded fonts
no missing images, layers, or elements
Why it matters
Print‑ready files ensure your order moves straight into production. If a file isn’t print‑ready, we’ll pause your order and request updated artwork, which may extend turnaround time.
-
What is Bleed?
Bleed is extra space around your design that gets trimmed off. It makes sure your print has no white edges.
Add 0.125" on all sides
Background colors/images should extend into this area
Example:
Business card final size: 3.5" × 2"
With bleed: 3.75" × 2.25"
What is the Safe Zone?
The safe zone is the area inside your design where important content should stay.
Keep text and logos 0.125" inside the trim line
Prevents anything important from being cut off
Quick Tip
If you’re designing in Illustrator or InDesign, make sure bleed is turned on before exporting your PDF.

We are not responsible for:
Spelling, grammatical, or design errors in the files you submit
Color differences between screen previews and printed materials
