Most print products require 7-10 business days for production.

Certain listings have a “Production Speed” option where you have the ability to select a faster turnaround speed for a rush fee.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST are submitted for production to begin the next business day.

Production does not begin until all design proofs have been approved by the customer. This may delay the estimated delivery date.

Shipping time is separate from production turn-around times.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight, dimensions and destination zip code.

All shipments are tracked and insured. We are not responsible for any damage or loss due to carrier mishandling. If your order arrives with any visible damages, the carrier will compensate your loss.

Pickup is available for local customers in El Monte, CA for all physical products, and you may select this option at checkout. Appointments are required.

Due to the custom nature of our products and services, we do not honor refunds or returns on any physical goods that have already been submitted for production.

Partial refunds may be available for products and services that have been purchased, but not yet placed for print production or service. You have 6 hours from the time of payment to cancel your order to receive a partial refund for services, minus any merchant fees & deposits that have already posted.
